Yoga

Yoga is as much a part of my life as eating and drinking.  In 2003 my physician recommended I look into Yoga as a way of maintaining overall health and wellness in light of the many sports injuries that would remain with me for the balance of my life.

Since that time I have become a frequent practitioner of Bikram Yoga as well as Hatha-flow or Ashtanga yoga.

I have found that in addition to physical fitness : Strength, Flexibility, and Balance; Yoga teaches a level mental focus and quietness that would otherwise remain elusive in daily life, and enables me to find balance in my life and better support my clients and my family.
